Assam: Four IAS officers get fresh posting orders

The Assam government on Thursday (01.04.2022) relieved three IAS officers from additional charges while another was given additional charge.

The names of the officers and their postings are as follows :

1. Dr. Ashish Kumar Bhutani (IAS:1992:AM), Additional Chief Secretary, Agriculture, A H & Veterinary Departments and State Project Director, ARIAS Society, Agriculture Production Commissioner, Assam & Chairman, State Level Recruitment Commission for Class-III Posts is relieved from the charge of Additional Chief Secretary, A H & Veterinary Department.
2. Jayant Narlikar (IAS:2003:AM), Commissioner & Secretary, Finance, Sports & Youth Welfare and Information Technology Departments, Commissioner, Lower Assam Division & Member, State Level Recruitment Commission for Class-IV Posts is relieved from the additional charge of Commissioner & Secretary, Information Technology Department. Further, he has been given additional charge of Commissioner & Secretary, A H & Veterinary Department.
3. Rituraj Bora (IAS-SCS:2010), Secretary, Cooperation & Cultural Affairs Departments & MD, Housefed is relieved from the additional charge of Secretary, Cultural Affairs Department.
4. Ghanshyam Dass (IAS:2012:AM), Secretary, Personnel Department has been given additional charge of Secretary, Information Technology Department.
