Ashok Babu (IAS:2003:AM), on Wednesday, relieved by the Assam government and placed at the disposal of Department of Personnel and Training, New Delhi for appointment as Director, Ministry of Women and Child Development, Govt. of India. He was posted as Commissioner , Panchayat & Rural Development, Assam.
