Assam: 4 IAS officers shifted, Diwakar Nath Mishra posted as Secretary, Transformation & Development

The Assam government on Monday (07.11.2021) issued transfer and posting orders for four IAS officers.

The names of the officers and their postings are as follows :

1. Diwakar Nath Mishra (IAS:2000:AM): Commissioner/Secretary, Transformation & Development Department with additional charge of Assam Administrative Staff College.
2. Pabitra Ram Khaund (IAS-SCS:2010:AM): Secretary, Irrigation Deptt. and Member, State Recruitment Commission for Class III Posts with additional charge of Secretary, Water Resources Department.
3. Bhaskar Phukan (IAS-SCS:2011:AM): Secretary, Coordination to Chief Minister.
4. Rahul Kumar Gupta (IAS:2019:AM): Under Secretary, Home and Political Department.
