Assam : 04 IAS officers transferred

The Assam government has issued transferred and posting orders of 04 senior IAS officers to further tone up the administration.

The names of the officers and their postings are as follows :

1. Paban Kumar Borthakur (IAS:1989:AM) : Additional Chief Secretary to the Govt. of Assam, Transformation & Development, Cultural Affairs, Tourism and Sports & Youth Welfare Departments and Chairman, Assam Administrative Tribunal is relieved from the additional charge of Chairman, Assam Adminstrative Tribunal.
2. Kailash Chand Samria (IAS:1993:AM) : Chairman, Assam Administrative Tribunal and Special Representative of Govt. of Assam New Delhi for coordinating with Govt. of India for Central Sector and Centrally Sponsored Scheme.
3. Rajeev Chandra Joshi (IAS:1994:AM) : Principal Resident Commissioner, Assam Bhawan, New Delhi.
4. Ghanshyam Dass (IAS:2012:AM) : Managing Director, Guwahati Smart City Limited.
