Ashok Kumar selected as Director (Finance), National Seeds Corporation

Ashok Kumar has been selected for appointment as Director (Finance), National Seeds Corporation Limited (NSC) at a Public Enterprises Selection Board (PESB) meeting held on July 25, 2025.

He is currently serving as General Manager, Head of Department (HOD), SJVN Limited

Following the selection, the PESB has recommended his name to the Appointments Committee of the Cabinet (ACC) for final approval. His formal appointment will be subject to the receipt of necessary vigilance clearances and the ACC’s nod.

NSC, a Schedule ‘B’ Mini-Ratna Category-I CPSE under the Ministry of Agriculture and Farmers Welfare, plays a key role in the production and distribution of certified quality seeds across India.
