Arun Kumar (IPS:1985:UP) has been appointed as Director General of Railway Protection Force (RPF). He is currently serving as Special Director General of Border Security Force. He will succeed Dharmendra Kumar(IPS:1984:AGMUT), who retires on September 30, 2018.
