Arun Kumar, Deputy Secretary, Central Secretariat Service has been appointed as Officer of Special Duty to the Minister of Agriculture and Farmers Welfare, Rural Development and Panchayat Raj Narendra Singh Tomar in the Ministry of Rural Development.
