Aramane Giridhar gets addl. charge of Secretary, Department of Defence Production

Aramane Giridhar (IAS:1988:AP), Secretary, Department of Defence has been given additional charge of the post of Secretary, Department of Defence Production. According to an order issued by the Department of Personnel and Training (DoPT) on Monday (01.11.2022), the Appointments Committee of the Cabinet has approved the assignment of additional charge of the post to Mr. Giridhar with immediate effect and till the appointment of a regular incumbent or until further orders, whichever is earlier.
