Apurva Chandra (IAS:1988:MH) has been given additional charge of the post of Secretary, Ministry of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME). According to an order issued by the Department of Personnel and Training (DoPT) on Friday (01.04.2022), the Competent Authority has approved the assignment of additional charge of the post to Chandra from 02.04.2022 to 18.04.2022 during the period of absence on leave of Bidyut Bihari Swain (IAS:1988:GJ). Presently, he is Secretary, Ministry of Information and Broadcasting.
