AP Govt effects major reshuffle, assigns new roles to 19 IAS officers

In a major bureaucratic reshuffle, the Andhra Pradesh government on Wednesday transferred and posted 19 IAS officers in their new roles.

The names of the officers and their postings are as follows;

1. Y Srilakshmi (IAS:1988:AP), Special Chief Secretary, MA & UD Department, has been transferred and directed to report to General Administration Department for further posting.
2. Rajat Bhargava (IAS:1990:AP), Special Chief Secretary, Revenue (Excise) Department, has been transferred and directed to report to General Administration Department for further posting.
3. G Sai Prasad (IAS:1991:AP), Chief Commissioner of Land Administration, has been transferred and posted as Special Chief Secretary, Water Resource Department.
4. Shashi Bhushan Kumar (IAS:1996:AP), Principal Secretary, Water Resource Department, has been transferred and posted as Principal Secretary, PR, RD & RWS Department.
5. Budithi Rajsekhar (IAS:1992:AP), who was waiting for posting, has been posted as Special Chief Secretary (Agriculture, Sericulture, Cooperation & Marketing), Agriculture & Cooperation Department.
6. Anil Kumar Singhal (IAS:1993:AP), Special Chief Secretary to Governor has been transferred and posted as Special Chief Secretary, MA & UD Department.
7. Gopal Krishna Dwivedi (IAS:1993:AP), Special Chief Secretary (Agriculture, Sericulture, Cooperation & Marketing), Agriculture & Cooperation Department, has been transferred and posted as Special Chief Secretary, Labour, Factories, Boiler & Insurance Medical Service Department.
8. Praveen Prakash (IAS:1994:AP), Principal Secretary, School Education Department, is transferred and directed to report General Administration Department for further posting.
9. Siddharth Jain (IAS:2001:AP), Commissioner, Survey, Settlement & Land Records, has been transferred and posted as Commissioner, Civil Supplies & EO Secretary, CAF & CS Department.
10. Saurabh Gaur (IAS:2002:AP), Commissioner, Intermediate Education, is transferred and posted as Secretary, Higher Education Department with additional charge of Skills Development Department.
11. Kona Sasidhar (IAS:2003:AP), Secretary, ITE & C Department, has been transferred and posted as Secretary, School Education Department with additional charge of Secretary, ITE & C Department and RTGS.
12. A Babu (IAS:2003), Secretary (Cooperation & Marketing), has been posted as Secretary (Horticulture, Aquaculture, Fisheries), Agriculture & Cooperation Department.
13. Bhaskar Katamneni (IAS:2004:AP), Commissioner, School Infrastructure, has been transferred and his services are placed at the disposal of MA & UD Department for posting him as Commissioner, APCRDA.
14. Pradyumna PS (IAS:2004:AP), Secretary, TR & B Department, is transferred and posted as Secretary to Chief Minister.
15. M Janaki (IAS:2005:AP), who is waiting for posting orders, has been posted as Secretary (Expenditure), Finance Department.
16. MM Nayak (IAS:2005:AP), Commissioner, Handlooms & Textiles, has been transferred and posted as Secretary, Animal Husbandry & Dairy Development Department.
17. Pravin Kumar (IAS:2006:AP), Collector & District Magistrate, Tirupati, has been transferred and posted as Commissioner & Director, Mines & Geology with additional charge of MD, AP State Mineral Development Corporation.
18. D Muralidhar Reddy (IAS:2006:AP), VC & MD, AP Medical Services & Infrastructure Development Corporation (APMSIDC), has been transferred and directed to report in General Administration Department for further posting.
19. Vadarevu Chand (IAS:2008:AP), who is waiting for posting, has been posted as Secretary (FP), Finance Department.
