Anurag Agarwal appointed as Chief Electoral Officer of Haryana

Anurag Agarwal (IAS:1994:HY) was appointed as Chief Electoral Officer and Principal Secretary of the elections department of Haryana on Saturday. He replaced Rajeev Ranjan (IAS:1998:HY).

Agrawal was currently holding the charge of Managing Director of Haryana Vidyut Prasaran Nigam and Secretary of Haryana Power Department and New and Ranewable Energy department.
