The deputation tenure of Anupama Nilekar Chandra (IPS:1994:BH) as Additional Director General (ADG) in the Sashastra Seema Bal (SSB) has been given extension for one year. According to an order issued by the Department of Personnel and Training (DoPT) on Monday (20.01.2025), the Appointments Committee of the Cabinet has approved the proposal of Ministry of Home Affairs to extend the deputation tenure of Ms. Chandra for a period of one year beyond February 23, 2025.
