Senior IPS officer Anupama Nilekar Chandra (IPS:1994:BH), currently serving as ADG, BPR&D (presently undergoing 64th NDC Course), has been appointed as Additional DG, Sashastra Seema Bal (SSB). According to an order issued by the Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA) on November 28, 2024, the competent authority has approved the appointment of Ms. Chandra to the post and upto 23.02.2025 or until further orders, whichever is earlier.
