Ms. Anu Kukreja (ICoAS:2009), currently serving as Director (Finance) at the National Disaster Management Authority (NDMA), has been appointed to the position of Director in the Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA) through a lateral shift. As per an official order issued by the Department of Personnel and Training (DoPT) on Saturday, dated October 7, 2023, the Appointments Committee of the Cabinet has granted approval for Ms. Kukreja’s lateral shift appointment. Her tenure in this new role is set to extend until December 16, 2026, or for a period of five years, inclusive of her combined tenure on both CSS (Central Secretariat Service) and non-CSS posts, commencing from her assumption of the post or until further orders are issued, whichever occurs earlier.
