Nagaland DCO/DCR Anoop Khinchi laterally shifted to Department of Defence as Director

Anoop Khinchi (IAS:2008:NL), DCO/DCR in Nagaland, has been appointed to the post of Director in the Department of Defence, Delhi on the lateral shift basis. According to an order issued by the Department of Personnel and Training (DoPT) on Thursday (27.04.2023), the Appointments Committee of the Cabinet has approved the recommendation of the Civil Services Board for the appointment of Mr. Khinchi to the post of Director in the D/o Defence on lateral shift basis from the date of assumption of the charge of the post and for a tenure upto 22.03.2027 (i.e balance tenure of five years under the central staffing scheme) or until further orders, whichever is earlier.
