Annies Kanmani Joy (IAS:2012:KN), currently serving as Deputy Secretary in the Department of Economic Affairs (DEA), has been laterally shifted to the Department of Personnel and Training (DoPT) as Deputy Secretary. According to an order issued by the DoPT on Monday (25.11.2024), the Appointments Committee of the Cabinet has approved the recommendations of the Civil Services Board for lateral shift of Ms. Joy to DoPT for balance period of 4 years central deputation tenure or until further orders, whichever is earlier.
