Andhra Pradesh: 19 IAS officers shifted

The Andhra Pradesh government on Thursday (11.07.2024) effected a major bureaucratic reshuffle by issuing transfer orders for 19 IAS officers.

The names of the officers and their postings are as follows;

1. G Anantha Ramu (IAS:1990:AP), Special Chief Secretary, BC Welfare Department, has been transferred and posted as Special Chief Secretary, Environment, Forest, Science & Technology Department.
2. Ram Prakash Sisodia (IAS:1991:AP), Director General, AP Human Resources Development Institute (APHRDI), has been transferred and posted as Special Chief Secretary (Lands & DM, Registration and Stamps) Revenue Department.
3. G Jaya Lakshmi (IPS:1995:AP), Principal Secretary, Department of Women, Children, Differently Abled & Senior Citizens, has been transferred and posted as Chief Commissioner of Land Administration.
4. Kantilal Dande (IAS:1999:AP), Principal Secretary, Tribal Welfare Department, has been transferred and posted as Principal Secretary, Transport, Roads & Buildings Department.
5. M Girija Shankar (IAS:1999:AP), Chief Commissioner of State Taxes is relieved from the full additional charge of the post of Secretary (CT), Finance Department.
6. S Suresh Kumar (IAS:2000:AP), Commissioner, School Education, has been transferred and posted as Secretary, Infrastructure and Investment Department. The MoS is also placed in full additional charge of the post of Secretary, GVWV & VSWS Department.
7. Saurabh Gaur (IAS:2002:AP), Secretary, Higher Education is placed in full additional charge of the post of Secretary, ITE&C and RTGS.
8. Dr. N Yuvaraj (IAS:2005:AP), Secretary, Industries & Commerce Department, has been re-designated as Secretary, Industries, Commerce & Food Processing.
9. K Harshavardhan (IAS:2005:AP), Secretary, Social Welfare Department, has been transferred and posted as Secretary, Minorities Welfare Department.
10. P Bhaskara (IAS:2006:AP), Commissioner Education, has been transferred and posted as Secretary, Backward Classes Welfare Department. The MoS is also placed in full additional charge of the post of Secretary, Department of Economically Weaker Sections Welfare. The MoS shall continue to hold full additional charge of Secretary, Services & HRM and Secretary, GPM & AR, GAD.
11. K Kanna Babu (IAS:2006:AP), Commissioner, Panchayat Raj & Rural Development, has been transferred and posted as Secretary, Social Welfare Department. The MoS is also placed in full additional charge of the post of Secretary, Tribal Welfare Department. The MoS shall also hold full additional charge of Secretary, Panchayati Raj & Rural Development.
12. Vadarevu Vinay Chand (IAS:2008:AP), Secretary (FP), Finance Department, has been transferred and posted as Secretary (Tourism and Culture), YAT & C Department.
13. Vivek Yadav (IAS:2008:AP) has been posted as Secretary (Youth Services and Sports), YAT & C Department.
14. A Surya Kumari (IAS:2008:AP), Commissioners, Fisheries, has been transferred and posted as Secretary, Department of Women, Children, Differently Abled & Senior Citizens.
15. Dr. C Sridhar (IAS:2009:AP), Commissioner, Rehabilitation and Resettlement, has been transferred and posted as Director, Industries.
16. J Nivas (IAS:2010:AP), waiting for posting orders, has been posted as Additional Secretary, Finance Department.
17. V Vijaya Rama Raju (IAS:2012:AP), waiting for posting orders, has been posted as Director, School Education.
18. Himanshu Shukla (IAS:2013:AP), waiting for posting orders, has been posted as Director, Information and Public Relations.
19. S Dilli Rao (IAS:2013:AP), waiting for posting orders, has been posted as Director, Agriculture.
