The Appointments Committee of the Cabinet on Saturday (02.10.2021) approved the appointment of Amol Madhukar Ket (IRS-C&CE:2008) as Private Secretary to Kapil Moreshwar Patil, Minister of State in the M/o Panchayati Raj. He has been assigned this new assignment after curtailment of his tenure as Deputy Secretary in the Department of Pensions & Pensioners’ Welfare under the Central Staffing Scheme.
According to an order issued by the Department of Personnel & Training (DoPT), he has been appointed to the post on co-terminus basis with the Minister or till he ceases to function as Private Secretary to the Minister or until further orders, whichever is earlier.
