Amit Kumar has been selected for appointment as Chairman & Managing Director (CMD), AI Assets Holding Limited at a Public Enterprises Selection Board (PESB) meeting held on October 14, 2024. Presently, he is serving as Executive Director, Asset Manager Jorhat, Oil & Natural Gas Corporation Limited (ONGC).
He will be appointed to the post of CMD after receiving vigilance clearances and approval from the Appointments Committee of the Cabinet.
