The post of Ajitkumar Vasant Sontakke (IOFS:2009) as Deputy Secretary in the Central Information Commission (CVC) has been re-designated as Director. According to an order issued by the Department of Personnel and Training (DoPT) on Wednesday (07.06.2023), the competent authority has approved the re-designation of Mr. Sontakke as Director for a period upto 24.04.2025 i.e. total tenure of five years under the Central Staff Scheme.
