ACC clears empanelment of six IAS officers for Additional Secretary or equivalent-level posts in GoI

The Appointments Committee of the Cabinet on Monday (24.04.2023) clears the empanelment of six Indian Administrative Service (IAS) officials belonging to 1995, 1996, and 1997 batches for their appointments as Additional Secretary in the Government of India.

The Department of Personnel and Training (DoPT) issued the empanelment list on April 24.

The officers empanelled as Additional Secretary or Additional Secretary Equivalent are as follows :

1. Maninder Kaur Dwivedi (IAS:1995:CG)
2. Krishna Kumar Dwivedi (IAS:1996:AM)
3. Vipin Kumar (IAS:1996:BH)
4. Sharmila Mary Joseph (IAS:1997:KL)
5. Asheesh Sharma (IAS:1997:MH)

The officer empanelled as Additional Secretary Equivalent is as follows:

1. Sunil Kumar Barnwal (IAS:1997:JH)
