ACC clears appointment of Judicial and Technical Members to NCLAT

The Appointments Committee of the Cabinet has made key appointments to the National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT), naming two judicial members and two technical members for a tenure of four years or until they reach the age of 67 years. The appointed members are as follows:

Judicial Members:

1. Justice Yogesh Khanna – Former judge, High Court of Delhi
2. Justice Sharad Kumar Sharma – Former judge, High Court of Uttarakhand

Technical Members:

1. Indevar Pandey (IAS:1988:WB) – Secretary, Ministry of Women and Child Development
2. Jatindranath Swain (Retd IAS:1988:TN) – Former Secretary, Department of Fisheries
