Senior IAS officer V Hekali Zhimomi (IAS:1996:UP), serving as Additional Secretary in the Department of Health & Family Welfare, has been repatriated to her parent cadre. According to an order issued by the Department of Personnel and Training (DoPT) on Friday (November 7, 2025), the Appointments Committee of the Cabinet (ACC) approved her repatriation to the Uttar Pradesh cadre at the request of the state government.
Ms. Zhimomi had joined the central deputation in September 2021 following her appointment as Joint Secretary in the Department of Health & Family Welfare for a tenure of five years. She was later designated as Additional Secretary in the same department. Her deputation was originally set to continue until September 2026.
