Abhilaksh Likhi (IAS:1991:HY), currently serving as Secretary, Department of Fisheries, has been entrusted with the additional charge of Secretary, Department of Animal Husbandry and Dairying.
According to an order issued by the Department of Personnel and Training (DoPT) on Friday (April 25, 2025), the competent authority approved the assignment for the period from April 25 to May 6, 2025. This temporary arrangement follows the leave of Ms. Alka Upadhyaya (IAS:1990:MP), the current Secretary of the department.
