A K Singh appointed as Director (Fin.), RCIL

Anand Kumar Singh has been appointed to the post of Director (Finance), RailTel Corporation of India Ltd. (RCIL) till the date of his superannuation. Presently, he is serving as Executive Director (Finance), IRCON International Limited.
