Bipul Pathak returns to parent cadre

Bipul Pathak (IAS:1992:J&K) has been prematurely repatriated to his parent cadre without imposing the condition of ‘extended cooling-off’. Presently, he is posted as Joint Secretary, Ministry of Mines.
