Jishnu Barua (IAS:1988:AM), Additional Chief Secretary to the Govt. of Assam has been relieved from the additional charge of Labour Welfare Department. He will continue to hold charge of Social Welfare, Tea Tribes Welfare, Excise, Secretariat Administration (Archives) and Environment and Forests Departments.
