10 IAS officers transferred in Assam

The Assam government, on Monday, issued transfer and posting orders of seven IAS officers.

The names of the officers and their postings are as follows:

1. V.S. Bhaskar (IAS:1985:AM) : ACS, Pension & Public Grievances, Hill Areas and Mines and Minerals Departments.
2. Jishnu Barua (IAS:1988:AM) : ACS, Social Welfare, Labour Welfare, Excise and Secretariat Administration (Archives) Departments with additional charge of ACS, Environment & Forest Department.
3. Biswaranjan Samal (IAS:1992:AM) : Principal Secretary, Transport, Food, Civil Supplies & Consumer Affairs and Corporation Department with additional charge of MD, Assam Food and Civil Supplies Corporation Ltd.
4. Avinash Purushottam Das Joshi (IAS:1994:AM) : Principal Secretary, Water Resources and Public Health Engineering, Sports and Youth Welfare Departemnts with addtional charge of Irrigation Department.
5. Dr. P Shakil Ahammed (IAS:1995:AM) : Principal Secretary, Labour Welfare and Tea Tribes Welfare Department.
6. Dr. Krishna Kumar Dwivedi (IAS:1996:AM) : Commissioner and Secretary, Personnel, Administrative Reforms & Training with additional charge of Commissioner and Secretary, Industries and Commerce, Public Enterprises and Act East Policy Affairs Departments.
7. Nitin Kumar Shivdas Khade (IAS:2004:AM) : Placed at the disposal of the Govt. of Meghalaya for his posting in the state of Meghalaya.
8. Monalisa Goswami (IAS-SCS:2004) : Commissioner and Secretary, Health and Family Welfare Department.
9. Udayan Hazarika (IAS-SCS:2006) : Transformation & Development and Director, Assam Institute of Research for SC & ST with additional charge of Secretary, WPT & BC Department.
10. Majnur Hussain (IAS-SCS :2008) : Secretary, Soil Conservation with additional charge of Panchayat and Rural Development Department.
