Thirugnan Sambandan appointed as First Secretary, PMI (New York)

Thirugnan Sambandan (IPS:2006:TRIPURA) has been appointed to the post of First Secretary,at the Parmanent Mission of India to the United Nations in Newyork under the Ministry of External Affairs for a period of three years.
