The tenure of Pradeep Kumar (IRSE-Civil:2001) as Chief Vigilance Officer (CVO) of Minerals Exploration and Consultancy Limited (MECL), Nagpur, has been extended by two years.
According to aPn order issued by the Department of Personnel and Training (DoPT) on Tuesday (October 13, 2026), the competent authority has approved the proposal to extend his deputation tenure by two years beyond March 5, 2027, up to March 5, 2029, or until further orders, whichever is earlier.
Kumar assumed charge as CVO of MECL on March 5, 2024, for a tenure of three years.
