New Delhi: Indian Information Service officer Keerti Tiwari (IInfoS:2008), currently serving as Director in NITI Aayog, has been prematurely repatriated to her parent cadre.
According to an order issued by the Department of Personnel and Training (DoPT) on Friday (September 25, 2026), the competent authority has approved the proposal of NITI Aayog for her premature repatriation to avail the benefit of promotion in her cadre.
Tiwari has been serving as Director in NITI Aayog since January 2023. She was appointed to the post for a five-year tenure, up to January 2028. However, she is being repatriated before completion of her tenure to avail the benefit of promotion in her parent cadre.
