The Uttarakhand government on Wednesday (August 26, 2026) issued transfer and posting orders for six officers, including three IAS officers, one PCS officer and two Secretariat Service officers. The orders involve changes in the Home, Revenue, Civil Aviation, Agriculture & Horticulture, Housing and Sainik Welfare departments.
The names of the officers and their postings are as follows;
- Vijay Kumar Jogdande (IAS:2012), Additional Secretary, AYUSH & AYUSH Education; Election; Staff Officer to Chief Secretary, Uttarakhand; and Additional Electoral Officer, Uttarakhand, has been given additional charge as Additional Secretary, Home Department.
- Dr Anand Srivastava (IAS:2013), Additional Secretary, Revenue; Agriculture & Farmers’ Welfare, has been relieved of the charge of Revenue Department and posted as Additional Secretary, Civil Aviation and Director General, Agriculture & Horticulture.
- Vinod Giri Goswami (IAS:2017), Additional Secretary, Urban Development & Housing Department; Director, Urban Development Directorate; and CEO, Bhagirathi River Valley Development Authority, has been relieved of the charge of Additional Secretary, Housing Department.
- Sunder Lal Semwal (PCS), Additional Secretary, Secretariat Administration Department; Social Welfare; Managing Director, Multipurpose Finance Development Corporation; and Commissioner, Divyangjan, has been relieved of the charge of Additional Secretary, Social Welfare Department.
- Sunil Singh (Secretariat Service), Additional Secretary, Home Department, has been transferred and posted as Additional Secretary, Housing Department.
- Mahima Raunkaly (Secretariat Service), awaiting orders of posting, has been transferred and posted as Additional Secretary, Revenue & Sainik Welfare Department.
