New Delhi: The Appointments Committee of the Cabinet (ACC) has approved the ex-post facto entrustment of additional charge of the post of Director General, Chaudhary Charan Singh National Institute of Agricultural Marketing (CCS NIAM) to two IAS officers.
According to an order issued by the Department of Personnel and Training (DoPT) on Monday (July 27, 2026), Muktanand Agrawal (IAS:2008:RJ), Chief Executive Officer, Pradhan Mantri Fasal Bima Yojana (PMFBY), was entrusted with the additional charge of Director General, CCS NIAM for the period from February 18, 2025 to February 17, 2026.
The ACC has also approved the entrustment of additional charge of the post to Chinmay Pundlikrao Gotmare (IAS:2009:AM), Joint Secretary, Department of Agriculture & Farmers Welfare, for a period of nine months from February 18, 2026 to November 17, 2026, or till the regular incumbent joins the post, or until further orders, whichever is earlier.
