Haryana reshuffles IAS, HCS officers; Charkhi Dadri and Jind get new DCs

Just within 48 hours, the Haryana government on Wednesday (May 27, 2026) issued its second transfer list of IAS and HCS officers, reassigning 18 IAS and 3 HCS officers across the state.

Senior IAS officer Pankaj Yadav (IAS:2001:HY), who was awaiting posting orders since his return from central deputation, has been entrusted with multiple important assignments including Principal Secretary, Cooperation Department; Principal Secretary, Public Health Engineering Department; and Principal Resident Commissioner, Haryana Bhawan, New Delhi.

Mandeep Kaur (IAS:2013:HY) has been appointed as Deputy Commissioner, Charkhi Dadri, while Dr Vaishali Sharma (IAS:2017:HY) has been posted as Deputy Commissioner, Jind.

The names of the officers and their postings are as follows;

1. Pankaj Yadav (IAS:2001:HY), awaiting posting orders since his return from central deputation, has been posted as Principal Secretary, Cooperation Department; Principal Secretary, Public Health Engineering Department; and Principal Resident Commissioner, Haryana Bhawan, New Delhi.
2. Sanjay Joon (IAS:2003:HY), DG, Sainik & Ardh Sainik Welfare; Secretary, Sainik & Ardh Sainik Welfare Department; Commissioner, Faridabad Division, Faridabad and CEO, Faridabad Smart City Limited, Faridabad, has been given additional charge of Chairman, Mewat Development Agency.
3. Geeta Bharti (IAS:2005:HY), Commissioner, Hisar Division, Hisar, has been given additional charge of CEO, Hisar Metropolitan Development Authority.
4. Mona Sreenivas (IAS:2006:HY), Resident Commissioner, Haryana Bhawan, New Delhi and CEO, Sonipat Metropolitan Development Authority, has been given additional charge of Chief Administrator, Trade Fair Authority of Haryana, New Delhi.
5. Dr Priyanka Soni (IAS:2012:HY), Special Secretary, Monitoring & Coordination; Director, Women & Child Development and Special Secretary, Women & Child Development Department, has been given additional charge of Special Secretary, Grievances Department.
6. Dharmender Singh (IAS:2012:HY), Special Secretary, Cooperation Department Administrator (HQ), HSVP, Panchkula, has been posted as Chief Administrator, Haryana State Agricultural Marketing Board.
7. Manoj Kumar-I (IAS:2012:HY), Special Secretary, Finance Department, has been given additional charge of Chief Executive Officer, Haryana Pariwar Suraksha Nyas.
8. Ajay Kumar (IAS:2013:HY), Deputy Principal Secretary-II to Chief Minister Haryana (DPSCM-II), has been transferred and posted as Director/Special Secretary, Social Justice, Empowerment, Welfare of Scheduled Castes & Backward Classes and Antyodaya Department. He has also been given additional charge of Mission Director, Mukhya Mantri Antyodaya Pariwar Utthan Yojna.

11. Mohd Imran Raza (IAS:2015:HY), Deputy Commissioner, Jind, has been transferred and posted as Director/Special Secretary, Human Resources Department.
12. Dr Munish Nagpal (IAS:2016:HY), Deputy Commissioner, Charkhi Dadri, has been transferred and posted as Special Secretary, Secretariat Establishment.
13. Dr Vaishali Sharma (IAS:2017:HY), District Municipal Commissioner, Karnal, and Commissioner, Municipal Corporation Karnal, has been transferred and posted as Deputy Commissioner, Jind.
14. Ayush Sinha (IAS:2018:HY), Deputy Commissioner, Faridabad, has been given additional charge of CEO, Faridabad City Transport Services Limited and Additional CEO, Smart City Limited Faridabad.
15. Aparajita (IAS:2018:HY), Additional Secretary/Director, Information Technology, Electronics & Communication Department and Deputy Commissioner, Kaithal, has been transferred and posted as Additional Secretary, Fisheries Department, while retaining the charge of Deputy Commissioner, Kaithal.
16. Samwartak Singh Khangwal (IAS:2019:HY), Administrator, HSVP, Faridabad and Additional Director, Urban Estate, Faridabad, has been transferred and posted as Additional Secretary/Director, Information Technology, Electronics & Communication Department; and Director, State Council of Educational Research & Training (SCERT), Gurugram.
17. Narendra Kumar (IAS:2021:HY), Additional Deputy Commissioner-cum-District Citizen Resources Information Officer, Rohtak and CEO, Zila Parishad, Rohtak and CEO, DRDA, Rohtak, has been given additional charge of Commissioner, Municipal Corporation Rohtak.
18. Anjal Shrotriya (IAS:2022:HY), Additional Deputy Commissioner-cum-District Citizen Resources Information Officer, Faridabad and Special Officer, APZ Faridabad, has been given additional charge of Administrator, HSVP, Faridabad and Additional Director, Urban Estate, Faridabad.
19. Pradeep Ahlawat-I (HCS:2013), Additional Director (Administration)/Joint Secretary, Town & Country Planning Department, has been transferred and posted as Secretary, HAFED and Vigilance Officer, HAFED.
20. Shubham (HCS:2023), OSD to Commissioner, Rohtak Division, Rohtak, has been posted as City Magistrate, Rohtak.
21. Neelam Mehra (HCS:2023), Deputy Secretary, Monitoring & Coordination Cell, has been given additional charge of Estate Officer, HSVP, Ambala.
