Kerala govt transfers 15 IAS officers; six District Collectors shifted

In its first major bureaucratic reshuffle after assuming office, the UDF government has carried out a significant administrative shake-up, transferring 15 IAS officers, including six District Collectors.

The names of the officers and their postings are as follows;

1. Patil Ajit Bhagwatrao (IAS:2007:KL), GST commissioner, has been appointed as Secretary, Finance (Resources) Department.
2. PB Nooh (IAS:2012:KL), Special Secretary, Transport, has been transferred and posted as GST commissioner.
3. Inbasekar K (IAS:2015:KL), Collector, Alappuzha, has been transferred and posted, MD, Kerala Water Authority with additional charge of Joint Project Director, KERA (Kerala Climate Resilient Agri-Value Chain Modernization Project).
4. Shaji V Nair (IAS), CEO, Cochin Smart Mission, has been transferred and posted as Collector, Alappuzha.
5. Vishnuraj P (IAS:2019:KL), Director, Industries, has been transferred as Collector, Kannur.
6. Arun K Vijayan (IAS:2016:KL), Collector, Kannur, has been transferred and posted as Director, Industries, with additional charge of MD, KSIDC.
7. Devidas N (IAS:2015:KL), Collector, Kollam, has been transferred as Director, KILA with additional charge of MD, Impact Kerala Ltd.
8. Nizamudeen A (IAS:2018:KL), Director, KILA, has been transferred and posted as Collector, Pathanamthitta.
9. Prem Krishnan S (IAS:2017:KL), Collector, Pathanamthitta, has been transferred and posted as Joint Secretary and OSD, Health Department.
10. Anie Jula Thomas (IAS:2018:KL), joint secretary and OSD, Industries, has been transferred and posted as Collector, Kollam.
11. Madhavikutty M S (IAS:2018:KL), Collector, Palakkad, has been transferred and posted as Collector, Kozhikode.
12. Snehil Kumar Singh (IAS:2016:KL), Collector, Kozhikode, has been transferred and posted as Director, Collegiate Education, with additional charge of Entrance Commissioner.
13. Sudhir K (IAS:2017:KL), Director, Collegiate Education has been transferred as Collector, Palakkad.
14. Arun S Nair (IAS:2020:KL), Entrance Commissioner, has been transferred and posted as director, social justice department with additional charge of Executive Director, Kerala Social Security Mission Limited; CEO Cochin Smart Mission and CEO Kochi Metropolitan Transport Authority.
15. Sameer Kishan (IAS:2021:KL), Sub-Collector, Alappuzha, has been transferred as Deputy Secretary, Industries department additional charge of Director, Coir Department.
