The Bihar government on Sunday (May 10, 2026) carried out a key administrative reshuffle by issuing transfer and posting orders for 12 senior IAS officers. Senior IAS officer Anand Kishore (IAS:1996:BH), Chairman of the Bihar School Examination Board, has been relieved of the additional charge of the Finance Department. Meanwhile, HR Srinivas (IAS:1997:BH) has been posted as Additional Chief Secretary of the Social Welfare Department.
