Haryana Government, on Thursday, has promoted five IAS officers of 2015 batch to the Senior Time Scale with effect from January 1, 2019. Those who have been promoted include Mohd. Imran Raza, Uttam Singh, Ms. Preeti, Rahul Hooda, Prashant Panwar.
