The Appointments Committee of the Cabinet, on Friday, has approved the appointment of P N Sukul (IDAS:1982) as Officer on Special Duty (OSD) in National Commission for Minorities (NCM) in the rank and pay of Additional Secretary with immediate effect. The officer will take over as Secretary NCM on superannuation of J Rama Krishna Rao (IAS:1985:BH) on February 28, 2019.
