Pravan Kumar Rai (IPS:1997:PB) has been apppointed as Joint Secretary (Personnel), Ministry of External Affairs for a period of three years vice Rashmi Ranjan Swain (IPS:1991:J&K).
The Appointments Committee of the Cabinet has also approved that Rashmi Ranjan Swain’s tenure be extended till 31.12.2018 or till assumption of charge by Pawan Kumar Rai.
