Anuj Chandak (IInfoS:2012), currently serving as Joint Director, Junior Administrative Grade (Ordinary Grade) (Non-CSS post) in the Election Commission of India, has been laterally shifted and appointed as Deputy Secretary in the Ministry of Environment Forest & Climate Change (MoEF&CC)
According to an order issued by the Department of Personnel and Training (DoPT) on Monday (21.04.2025), the Appointments Committee of the Cabinet has approved the Civil Services Board’s recommendation for Chandak’s lateral movement under the Central Staffing Scheme. His tenure will be up to April 2, 2027, completing a combined tenure of six years across CSS and non-CSS posts, or until further orders, whichever is earlier.
