The Karnataka goverment has affected five changes in the top brass of the state police.
The names of the officers and their postings are as follows:
1. Harishekaran (IPS:1996:KN) : IGP and Additional Commissioner of Police (Traffic) Bengaluru.
2. Ajay Hilori (IPS:2008:KN) : Commandant, 1st Battalion of Karnataka State Reserve Police.
3. Rahul Kumar Shahapurwad (IPS:2012:KN): Deputy Commissioner of Police (DCP), East Division Bengaluru.
4. K Annamalai (IPS:2011:KN) : Deputy Commissioner of Police, South Bengaluru.
5. Harish Pandey (IPS:2013:KN) : SP, Chikkamagaluru.
