J&K: Six IAS officers shifted, Shantmanu posted as Financial Commissioner of Higher Education

The Jammu and Kashmir government on Friday (27.12.2024) issued transfer and posting orders for six IAS officers.

The names of the officers and their postings are as follows;

1. Shantmanu (IAS:1991:AGMUT), awaiting posting orders, has been posted as Financial Commissioner (Additional Chief Secretary), Higher Education Department with additional charge of Administrative Secretary, Information Technology.
2. Shailendra Kumar (IAS:1995:AGMUT), Principal Secretary, Agriculture Production Department, has been given additional charge of Administrative Secretary, Floriculture, Parks and Gardens Department.
3. Sanjeev Verma (IAS:2001:AGMUT), Commissioner/Secretary, GAD, has been transferred and posted as Commissioner/Secretary, Social Welfare Department.
4. M Raju (IAS:2005:AGMUT), awaiting posting orders, has been posted as Commissioner/Secretary, GAD with additional charge of Administrative Secretary, Information Department.
5. Sheetal Nanda (IAS:2006:AGMUT), Commissioner/Secretary, Social Welfare Department, has been transferred and posted as Commissioner/Secretary, Department of Forest, Ecology and Environment.
6. Rehana Batul (IAS:2010:AGMUT), Secretary, Information Department, has been transferred and posted as Director, Jammu and Kashmir Institute of Management, Public Administration & Rural Development.
