Gujarat: 25 IPS/SPS officers shifted; S Pandia Rajkumar posted as ADGP, Law & Order

The Gujarat government on Monday late night issued transfer and posting orders for 19 IPS officers and six SPS officers across the state.

The names of the officers and their postings are as follows

1. Dr. Shamsher Singh (IPS:1991:GJ) will continue to hold additional charge of Director, Anti-Corruption Bureau, Ahmedabad.
2. Dr. S Pandia Rajkumar (IPS:1996:GJ), ADGP, CID (Crime & Railways), Gandhinagar, has been transferred and posted as ADGP, Law & Order.
3. Ajay Kumar Choudhary (IPS:1999:GJ), Special Commissioner of Police (Special Branch), Ahmedabad City, has been transferred and posted as ADGP, Women Cell, Gandhinagar.
4. ML Ninama (IPS:2006:GJ), Joint Commissioner of Police (Crime & Traffic), Vadodara City, has been transferred and posted as Inspector General of Police, State Traffic Branch, Gandhinagar.
5. Vidhi Choudhary (IPS:2009:GJ), Awaiting posting orders, has been posted as Additional Commissioner of Police (Special Branch), Ahmedabad City. She would hold additional charge of the post of Additional Commissioner of Police (Admin), Ahmedabad City.
6. Jaipalsingh Rathore (IPS:2010:GJ), DIGP, Rajkot Rural, has been transferred and posted as Additional Commissioner of Police, Sector-2, Ahmedabad City.
7. Dr. Leena Patil (IPS:2010:GJ), Additional Commissioner of Police, Zone-3, Vadodara City, has been transferred and posted as Additional Commissioner of Police (Crime and Law & Order), Vadodara City.
8. Dr. Sudhirkumar J Desai (IPS:2012:GJ), Awaiting posting orders, has been posted as SP, Intelligence, Gandhinagar.
9. Balram Meen (IPS:2012:GJ), SP, Western Railway, Ahmedabad, has been transferred and posted as DCP, Zone-I, Ahmedabad City.
10. Himkar Singh (IPS:2013:GJ), SP, Amreli, has been transferred and posted as SP, Rajkot Rural.
11. Usha B Rada (IPS:2013:GJ), Commandant, SRPF, Group-6, Mudeti, Sabarkantha, has been transferred and posted as SP, Prison, Vadodara.
12. Sanjay Dnyanadeo Kharat (IPS:2014:GJ), SP, Anti-Economic Offences Wing, (CID), Crime, Gandhinagar, has been transferred and posted as SP, Amreli.
13. Dr. Ravindra Patel (IPS:2016:GJ), SP, Patan, has been transferred and posted as Executive Director, Gujarat State Police Housing Corporation, Gandhinagar.
14. Shripal Shesma (IPS:2018:GJ), DCP, Zone-2, Ahmedabad City, has been transferred and kept on waiting for further posting.
15. Vikas Sunda (IPS:2018:GJ), Awaiting posting orders, has been posted as SP, Kutch-Bhuj (West).
16. Himanshu Kumar Verma (IPS:2018:GJ), DCP, Zone-1, Ahmedabad City, has been transferred and posted as SP, Anti-Economic Offences Wing, (CID), Crime, Gandhinagar.
17. Alok Kumar (IPS:2019:GJ), Commandant, SRPF, Group-3, Madana, has been transferred and posted as DCP, Zone-1, Surat City.
18. Abhishek Gupta (IPS:2019:GJ), Commandant, SRPF, Group-14, Kalgam, Valsad, has been transferred and posted as DCP-Zone-3, Vadodara City.
19. Nidhi Thakur (IPS:2020:GJ), SP, Prison, Vadodara, has been transferred and posted as SP, Prison, Ahmedabad.
20. NA Munia (SPS), DCP (Hqrs), Surat City, has been transferred and posted as Commandant, SRPF, Group-3, Madana.
21. Vasantkumar K Nayi (SPS), SP, CID (Crime), Border Range, Bhuj, has been transferred and posted as SP, Patan.
22. Bharatkumar B Rathod (SPS), SP, Intelligence, Gandhinagar, has been transferred and posted as DCP, Zone-2, Ahmedabad City.
