Jharkhand: Avinash Kumar gets addl charge of ACS to CM

The Jharkhand government on Thursday (28.11.2024) assigned senior IAS officer Avinash Kumar (IAS:1993:JH) the additional charge of Additional Chief Secretary (ACS) to Chief Minister Hemant Soren. He is currently serving as Additional Chief Secretary, Energy Department with additional charges as Development Commissioner, Chairman-cum-MD of Jharkhand Urja Vikas Nigam Ltd., MD, Jharkhand Bijli Vitran Nigam Ltd, and Chief Resident Commissioner of Rajasthan Bhawan.
