Dharmendra Kumar Madan (IOFS:1994), Chief Vigilance Officer (CVO) of Power Grid Corporation of India Limited (PGCIL), Delhi/NCR, has been prematurely repatriated to his parent cadre. According to an order issued by the Department of Personnel and Training on Tuesday (12.11.2024), the Appointments Committee of the Cabinet has approved the proposal to repatriate Mr. Madan to his parent cadre with the condition of extended cooling off in public interest.
Mr. Madan was initially appointed as CVO of PGCIL, Delhi/NCR, on October 2, 2022, for a term ending on June 28, 2024. Shortly before this term ended, his tenure was extended by ten months until April 28, 2025. However, he has now been repatriated before completing the extended tenure.
