MP; 7 Collectors among 26 IAS officers shifted, 5 assigned additional charges

The Madhya Pradesh government on Saturday (10.08.2024) implemented significant changes in the state’s bureaucratic setup by issuing transfer orders for 26 IAS officers, including 7 Collectors. Additionally, 5 IAS officers were assigned additional responsibilities.

The names of the officers and their postings are as follows;

1. Sachin Sinha (IAS:1995:MP), Principal Secretary, Labour Department with additional charge of Principal Secretary, Social Justice and Disable Empowerment Department, has been transferred and posted as Administrative Member, Revenue Board, Gwalior.
2. Sanjeev Kumar Jha (IAS:1996:MP), OSD-cum-Commissioner, Chambal Division, Morena, has been transferred and posted as Member, Revenue Board, Gwalior.
3. Umakant Umrao (IAS:1996:MP), OSD-cum-Member, Revenue Board, Gwalior, has been transferred and posted as Principal Secretary, Labour Department.
4. Sonali Vayangankar (IAS:2000:MP), OSD-cum-Commissioner-cum-Director, Department of Indian Systems of Medicine and Homoeopathy, Bhopal, has been transferred and posted as Principal Secretary, Social Justice and Disable Empowerment Department.
5. Sanjeev Singh (IAS:2005:MP), Executive Director, Environment Planning and Coordination Organisation (EPCO), Bhopal, has been transferred and posted as Commissioner, Bhopal Division, Bhopal.
6. Madan Vibhishan Nagargoje (IAS:2007:MP), Commissioner, Technical Education with additional charge of Commissioner, Silk, has been transferred and posted as Commissioner, Revenue Board, Gwalior.
7. Ajay Gupta (IAS:2009:MP), Additional Secretary, Home Department, has been transferred and posted as Director, Farmers Welfare & Agriculture Development, Bhopal.
8. Tanvi Sundriyal (IAS:2010:MP), Chief Executive Officer, MP Rural Road Development Authority, Bhopal, has been transferred and posted as Director, Budget, Bhopal.
9. Tarun Rathi (IAS:2010:MP), Additional Secretary, MP Administration, has been transferred and posted as OSD-cum-Commissioner, Health Services, Bhopal with additional charge of Commissioner, Food Security, Bhopal.
10. Dinesh Jain (IAS:2011:MP), Collector, Neemach, has been transferred and posted as Additional Secretary, Panchayat and Rural Development Department.
11. Deepak Arya (IAS:2012:MP), Deputy Secretary, MP Administration, has been transferred and posted as Chief Executive Officer, MP Rural Road Development Authority, Bhopal.
12. Tarun Bhatnagar (IAS:2012:MP), Collector, Shahdol, has been transferred and posted as Deputy Secretary, Animal Husbandry & Dairying Department.
13. Kedar Singh (IAS:2012:MP), Deputy Secretary, Panchayat & Rural Development Department, has been transferred and posted as Collector, Shahdol.
14. Somesh Mishra (IAS:2013:MP), CEO, MP State Skill Development & Employment Generation Board and Director, Employment and Ex-officio, Technical Education, Skill Development & Employment Department, has been transferred and posted as Collector, Mandla.
15. Dr. Girish Kumar Mishra (IAS:2013:MP), Collector, Balaghat, has been transferred and posted as Collector, Rajgarh.
16. Vikas Mishra (IAS:2013:MP), Collector, Dindori, has been transferred and posted as Deputy Secretary, Planning, Economics and Statistics Department.
17. Ashish Vashisht (IAS:2014:MP), Collector, Anuppur, has been transferred and posted as MD, State Electronics Development Corporation Ltd with additional charges of Executive Director, State Public Service Agency and Mission Director, Integrated Social Security Mission.
18. Dr. Saloni Sidana (IAS:2014:MP), Collector, Mandla, has been transferred and posted as OSD-cum-Commissioner-cum-Director-Department of Indian Systems of Medicine and Homoeopathy, Bhopal with additional charge of Executive Director, Environment Planning & Coordination Organisation (EPCO), Bhopal.
19. Budhesh Kumar Vaidya (IAS:2014:MP), Collector, Vidisha, has been transferred and posted as Deputy Secretary, Deputy Secretary, Home Department.
20. Roshan Kumar Singh (IAS:2015:MP), Director, Public Relations, Bhopal, has been transferred and posted as Collector, Vidisha.
21. Mrinal Meena (IAS:2015:MP), CEO, Zila Panchayat, Ujjain, has been transferred and posted as Collector, Balaghat.
22. Harsha Singh (IAS:2015:MP), Municipal Commissioner, Gwalior Municipal Corporation with additional charge of CEO, Gwalior Development Authority has been transferred and posted as Collector, Dindori.
23. Harshal Pancholi (IAS:2015:MP), Additional Collector, Bhopal, has been transferred and posted as Collector,Anuppur.
24. Himanshu Chandra (IAS:2015:MP), Additional Collector, Bhopal, has been transferred and posted as Collector, Neemach.
25. Anshul Gupta (IAS:2016:MP), Deputy Secretary to CM; MD, MP State Electronics Development Corporation, Bhopal; Executive Director, State Public Service Agency; Mission Director, Integrated Social Security Mission, Bhopal; Director, State Computer Security Incident Response Team (SCSIRT), Bhopal; MD, State Wide Area Network, Bhopal and Deputy Secretary, Science and Technology, has been transferred and posted as Director, Public Relations, Bhopal.
26. Aman Vaishnav (IAS:2018:MP), Additional Collector, Anuppur, has been transferred and posted as Municipal Commissioner, Gwalior Municipal Corporation with additional charge of CEO, Gwalior Development Authority.

3. Mohit Bundas (IAS:2011:MP), MD, Handicrafts and Handloom Development Corporation, with additional charge of Commissioner, Handicrafts and Handloom Development, Bhopal, has been given additional charge of Commissioner, Silk, Bhopal.
4. Gautam Singh (IAS:2011:MP), Project Director, MP Skill Development Project, Bhopal and Ex-officio Additional Secretary, Technical Education, Skill Development and Employment Department, has been given additional charge of CEO, MP State Skill Development & Employment Generation Board and Director, Employment.
5. Harshika Singh (IAS:2012:MP), Director, Skill Development, has been given additional charge of Commissioner, Technical Education, Bhopal.
