BSF Spl. DG YB Khurania repatriated to parent cadre Odisha

YB Khurania (IPS:1990:OR), Special Director General (Spl. DG), Border Security Force (BSF), has been prematurely repatriated to his parent cadre of Odisha. According to an orders issued by the Department of Personnel and Training (DoPT) on Friday (02.08.2024), the Appointments Committee of the Cabinet has approved the proposal of Ministry of Home Affairs to repatriate Mr. Khurania to his parent cadre with immediate effect.

Mr. Khurania had been serving as Special DG of BSF since June 2023. Prior to that, he held the position of Additional DG.
