The Union government on Wednesday (03.07.2024) notified transfer of Justice Shree Chandrashekhar, Judge of Jharkhand High Court to Rajasthan High Court. He was working as Acting Chief Justice of Jharkhand High Court.
Justice Chandrashekhar requested a transfer out of Jharkhand in December last year. The Supreme Court Collegium on December 29 recommended transferring Justice Shree Chandrashekhar from the Jharkhand High Court to the Rajasthan High Court, and this recommendation has now been approved.
