4. Rajendra Kumar Singh : Special Secretary, Agriculture Production Special Branch.
5. Sujit Kumar : Mission Director, National Rural livelihood Mission.
6 Jitendra Bahadur Singh : Special Secretary, Home and Jail.
7. Kumar Prashant : Special Secretary, IT and Electronic.
8. Ram Kewal : Special Secretary, Planning.
9. Govind Raju N.S. : MD, Purvanchal Vidyut Vitaran Nigam Limited, Varanasi.
