The Nagaland goverment has relieved Tali Temjen Toy (IAS:1989:NL)from the post of Chief Secretary with immediate effect and announced R Binchilo Thong (IAS:1987:NL) as his successor. Before this announcement Benchilo served as Additional Chief Secretary.
Apart from this five more IAS officers have been transferred in the state.
They are:
1. I. T. Imkonglemba Ao : Agricultural Production Commissioner shall hold additional charge of Ten Leader. NEPED.
2. N. Hushili Sema : Commissioner & Secretary, Vety & AH and Women Resource Department is relieved of the charge of Vety & AH. She shall hold additional charge of Commissioner & Secretary, on retirement of Nikhashe Sent, NCS. Commissioner & Secretary, F & CS w.c.f. 31.08. 2018.
3. Motsuthung Lotha : Commissioner & Secretary, Parliamentary Affairs shall hold additional charge of Municipal Affairs Department.
4. Alan Gonmei : Secretary, Vety & AH Department.
5. Senti Ao : Secretary, Fisheries Department.
